Garnishee Order
Garnishee Order is a term used in the United States to describe an
order of court upon a person owing money who cannot afford to pay the
complete amount. In such cases, in order to recover as much of the money
as possible, this order will be placed upon a person. The order will
require them to give a certain proportion of their income towards paying
off the debt.
